As a made to measure brand, we unfortunately do not accept returns or refunds. Please look at our full polices page for all information.

As we hand make all of our orders our delivery time can vary depending on how busy we are. It may take up to 10 days for your order to be handmade and posted out, this will always be stated clearly on our website.
If you are needing the order sooner contact us via DM or leave in the comments box the date you need it for.

Most of our items are made to measure, however if we have items in stock and pre made, this could be shoot samples etc these will be sold at a discounted price with a faster turn around.
