RETURNS & REFUNDS 

As a made to measure brand we unfortunatley do not offer returns or refunds. This is due to the item being custom handmade to your personal or standndard measuremnets provided. If you ever have any issues with the fit of your order we offer free alterations. This can be arranged via DM!

PROVIDING PERSONAL MEASURMENTS / SIZE GUIDE

If providing us with your personal measuremnets, please ensure you are 100% confident before placing your order as the measurmenst provided will be used to make your custom item! (If you are unsure on how to measure, we have a guide on our website or DM us on instagram. We are more then happy yo help!!) 

If selecting a standard size please check our size guide as  a template, as any items placed cant be returned due to sizing!

TURN AROUND TIME

Our current turn around time will always be clearly stated in our instagram bio and in the heading of our website. This can change depending on the amount of orders we recieve, if your order is needed before the time frame, Please DM us to arrange when you are needing for!!
